The Third Layer

Your Business Runs
Without You In It.

The call that comes in at 6:40 on a Friday gets answered. The estimate goes out the same day. The quote that went quiet three weeks ago gets chased. None of it waits for you to get back to your desk.

You already own the software. You still do the work. Something has to notice the quote went cold, and right now that something is you.

An agent owns the workflow. It picks up the call, books the slot, files the document, and follows up on the thing that went quiet. Nobody assigns it that morning. Nobody remembers to.

What makes that safe is knowing exactly where it stops. So that is the first thing we decide, and the first thing we show you.

Autonomous

The agent acts. Nobody approves it first.

Agent 100%Person 0%

Restricted to work that is reversible and touches no money. If undoing it would take a phone call and an apology, it does not run here.

Human-Assisted

The agent prepares it. A person releases it.

Agent 75%Person 25%

Where most work actually lives. The agent drafts, assembles, and queues the whole thing. Nothing leaves the building until someone signs off.

  • Anything touching pricing
  • Anything that makes a commitment
  • Client-facing communication of substance

Human-Led

A person acts. The agent assists.

Agent 25%Person 75%

The agent drafts and retrieves. It never acts on its own. Required for regulated work, and available to anyone who wants it anywhere.

The Teams

Pre-Built Teams,
Not A Menu.

Each one arrives configured for how that kind of business actually operates. You are not picking parts and assembling this yourself.

Not Sure Which Team
You Need.

You should not have to work out which agents belong in your business by reading a page. Walk us through a normal week, where the day gets away from you, and what nobody has time to chase. We will tell you which team fits, and whether you are ready for one at all.

Book A Call
What It Costs

Included In Your Tier,
By Capacity.

Agents are not billed one at a time. Your retainer tier comes with a number of them.

Essential3Up to three agents
1,000 interactions per monthVoice add-on: $350/mo, 150 minutes
Partner15Up to fifteen, plus custom builds
8,000 interactions per month600 voice minutes included

Adding agents inside your capacity does not raise your retainer.

If you are on Pro with four agents running and you want a fifth, you ask and we build it. No upgrade conversation, no renegotiation, no new monthly number. Standing one up carries a one-time deployment fee of $500 to $1,500 depending on complexity, which covers conversation design, CRM integration, permission configuration, and testing. We quote it before we start. Work outside the pre-built teams is scoped separately.

Voice minutes work the same way. Your tier comes with an allotment, and if a month runs long the extra minutes bill at $0.75 each. Essential does not include voice, so if you want agents answering the phone there it is a $350 per month add-on that carries 150 minutes.

Already have a CRM you like and do not want a retainer? Standalone internal-ops agents are $500 to set up and $500 per month and run alongside what you already use.
Usage And Limits

You Control
The Ceiling.

Agents consume usage as they work. You see it while it happens, not in a bill at the end of the month.

Your allowance, month to date
Essential1,000interactions / month
Pro3,000interactions / month
Partner8,000interactions / month
01

Usage Is Metered

Your tier includes an allowance. You can check what has been used at any point in the month.

02

You Get Warned Early

Alerts fire at 50, 80, and 100 percent. Nothing about the number should ever be a surprise.

03

Agents Pause At The Cap

By default, hitting 100 percent stops the agents instead of continuing to bill. Work queues and waits for you.

04

Overage Is Opt-In

If you would rather agents keep running past the cap, you switch that on yourself. We never enable it for you.

Where To Start

Agents Come Third.

Presence first, then capture, then this. An agent with nothing to answer and nowhere to log it is an expensive toy, so if the first two layers are missing we will tell you before you buy anything. The audit says which layer you are actually on and what it takes to reach the next one. You keep that plan whether or not you hire us.
